Like you've said, they could be worried that they might miss out on some new Toyotas.
Honestly, I can't see as to how we would/could dismiss the current TO's employed in our company especially if they are doing their job like any other employee. The colour of their skin should not, and will not, make any difference at all.
Now, could RC himself, (like someone alluded to in another post), throw a had grenade into the mix.??
