Sorry to be the bearer of not so good news to you but, if you are waiting for the company and it's Board to tell you anything about that and as to why they got RC to move on in such a rush while possibly even paying him for his flight overseas (Just guessing here but quite possible seen that they found the needs of keep on paying him for another six months while gone), you will run out of breath.
Their records, (or should I say abysmal records) of full disclosure, is beyond comprehension as far as I am concerned. I am sure that they could have broken all the records on that part.
