Palmer showed his true colours in a recent Mining Warden's Court spat in WA. He was clearly not prepared to follow what is accepted convention by the mining industry as a whole with respect to applications for Miscellaneous Licences.
He took his objection to the Misc Lic appn to the Court and lost big time, which any person with a skerrick of knowledge would havetold him would happen.
He believed he was bigger than the system.
I think his Senate guy got a bit of a pasting in the hearing. I'll see if I can find the Warden's decision and have a look
