I am sorry that you feel that way but you have your rights teh same as I do, I have weighed up all the factors and simply do not agree with keeping Askin and I certainly do not agree with the manner and method of the remuneration and appointment fo Mr Cottee.

I do not subscribe to the old adage the ends justifies the means.

I happen to think that the way people appear to do busines is important.

In my opinion Mr Askin should have consolidated all meetings and followed the companies constitution and been fair and above board.

Sorry , I prefer a person who I can rest assured has given 15 years of his life to the compnay and and a person who is the 5th richest man in Austrlia to take this company forward.
