Personally I can't see any reason for Palmer to be in any rush to sell his shares! He is not a poor man and he will know that the value here is in holding and allowing ARH in the future to mine more ore than the initial 1bn.

There may well be some instituational pressure to get in, but I really don't see that he will be dictated to! If people want the shares they will have to pay for them!

This is only going to go one way! not east, south or west!
