if they were to sell them all on market at once you could expect share price to fall around 10% (or so) Maybe 15% when you take into account the options.

10.5 cents * 15% = 1.575

Gives us a share price of around 8.9 cents.

So, if I was Clive, Id be saying to the institutions - I'll give you around 8.5-9.0 cents for them.

Otherwise, I flood the market with the 60 mill or so I have accumulated already and then they will be worth much less than what you bought them for...
