This is almost unbelievable. They stopped drilling before reaching target depth but have eight separate zones containing oil and gas in areas above the target. In total there is 1000 feet of potential hydocarbon play.

Now if they can't make this well into a significant producer then its time to pack up and go home. You can sense the excitment of the guy writing the announcement, giggling as he types it.

There is one big problem though, which zone to suck the oil from first.

NEN has been seriously undervalued for a long time but this well may be the one that proves it beyond a doubt ..... and fixes it.
