    As well as the weather problems it appears that there may be some rig problems that they have had to contend with.

    In Noble's monthly rig update yesterday they announced for this rig:

    'Anticipate +/-46 days of operational downtime at zero dayrate during 1Q2013 in connection with a BOP malfunction'
