My thoughts are that shell will advise oxx that there are hydocarbon shows present but more evaluation is needed to confirm commercial quantities or not.
Hopefully this announcement will be forthcoming by end of January.
Thats my prediction for Palta. As for La Bella and Seychelles I am still hopeful of JV announcement by end of first quarter 2013.
