    The Prelude supply base is out of Darwin. Decmil Australia have the contract.

    While Prelude is clearly delayed I would assume the contract would be rolling so it may make financial sense to start getting supplies out of there.

    I'm also pretty sure that 1 supply vessel must stay with the rig at all times for safety reasons.

    All normal I guess.
