This is strange in this article it said that drilling had recommenced http://ningalooatlas.org/2013/04/18/drilling-at-palta-1-well-resumes-after-46-days-of-delay/ back in april.
However on the most recent fleet status report it says there has been 45 days of downtime in 2Q 2014? Anyone know any more information about palta?
