    With the total cost of Palta-1 being borne by Shell, I am wondering what convinced them to undertake the drilling of that well on their own at a very considerable cost, obviously the story must have been compelliung for them to not undertake a farm out.
    Q, does 384 revert to OXX and what do they do now, further seismic or relinquish the block?
