    I came across Marc Bruner's name in another context, seems he and other directors of Paltar were the subject of lawsuits claiming there was some improper dealings between Paltar and related companies, for their own benefit:

    Is Paltar still in liquidation as their website doesn't say anything about it at all, but confirms Marc Bruner is chairman:
