Under a binding agreement, Kingsgate Consolidated will receive $82 million from its political risk insurers after the Thailand Government allegedly illegally expropriated the company’s Chatree gold mine in 2016.

Zurich Australia Insurance Limited had to pay 82 million. Thailand governments did not have to pay anything.
Feel bad for shareholders who had to wait 3 years for Insurers lawsuits to end.

Does anyone know if PAM has a political risk insurance policy? So we are protected just if things go wrong on a big discovery. Don't think we will be able to get policy from Zurich Australia Insurance Limited tho.

Maybe we can get some more information with next meeting.
