Now I'm confused - I thought the PAGE was not going ahead, they have no approval from the central Government, only approval from the Yunnan local officials? Bron addressed this on his Blog:

Looking at their website, this hasn't changed, but it is hard to find any solid information. Has Ned Naylor-Leyland addressed this point? It strange to hear a discussion of PAGE without addressing the elephant in the room.
