You will not find any "Media" announcements on oil/gas finds in Thailand unless it is by PTT the local company.
The Thai's tend to be quite nationalistic and disregard anything done by anybody else.
Best indicator for this type of announcement is the CVN shareprice. Bingo it is a goer methinks
