You should be buying on the TSX buying POE then not on the ASX buying CVN.

CVN is only active in one area and that is Thailand. POE are vastly different as they have several areas active, different exchange rate, staff levels, taxes, costs, management strategy, different stock exchange, different investor sentiment, different economy, less profitable, less shares on issue and if you look at the bottom line CVN is just a far better run company.

Its like Holden vs GM, Holden are doing far better for many reasons the main ones being different costs, exchange rates, different staffing, different market, different management, different strategies and one hence why one is just far more profitable.

As Ted has said many times CVN are not at all interested in being operator as their staff are technical based to work through tech solutions, they don't have the staff to manage the day by day running of people and all their issues.

Chalk and cheese and not comparable, which is why many times you see them not follow each other as their SPs fluctuate.
An enormous difference in the strategies and management style between these.
