Absolutely everyone is an individual, and as such have varying opinions and aims. No good knocking that even if you subscribe to different reasoning. I imagine you will see POE get taken out over the next few years. Its Thailand assets will (in that time frame) certainly attract attention from far bigger players.
Either way the JV is very very promising. How much so only time will tell .... but so far so good.
