I was surprised also, and wondered if the amount reflected that the settlement was not as high as their forecast oaf $150M (from memory) I read from another article a while back on another (maybe banks case?) they expected about 20% (or 25% - I need to check my last post) of settlement. So 20% of $150M would have been $30M. Also maybe the actual profit after their costs was a bit less than expectation?

Aside from all that I think there is still hesitation in the market and the price will see more upside. I prefer a gradual climb than the snatch buy fall. Certainly though with this reaction I am glad they did not loose!
