so this is jumping the gun, which means it will more that likely not lead to anything but tonight the companies & individuals names leaked in the panama papers become searchable.
Now I'm not saying that Focus Sun or Rich Lead are definitely going to be in the list of 200,000 companies but stories this morning are indicating that there are a number of Chinese companies in there which were set up to invest in Australian assets.
If these companies tonight do prove to be in there & tied to existing corner stone investors (which I'm sure wouldn't surprise anyone). Does anyone know what the outcome would be. I assume it would change the current cap raising and they may not be allowed to be underwriters or even take up their allotment.
