The new agreement signed on the 16th may open the door for BD, so much speculation will end. Part of the deal relates to the incorporation of new technology. What that technology is, is the million mile question and does it incorporate the NVX pure graphite anode or pure graphite/silicon anode that NVX is yet to release to the market, post patent. Sanyo/panasonic have an MOU with NVX and Tesla may have just pushed the button on that. BD or time will tell. Feral
