Does it matter if we do the Panasonic deal or not? Fact is that auto and battery makers and Chinese companies are scrambling to do deals and secure supply. With 3 quality projects and major deals are being negotiated now and are a near certainty. Exact timing or exact 3rd parties is the unknown but it's going to happen.
