Not in the near term, but I'm no battery scientist. BMW is chasing it hard apparently, one of the reasons they dodged a lithium deal this year was to focus on developing their solid state, so follow what they're doing I suppose. Most of what I'm reading is saying the Giga factories they are building now, which will be the tech in 5yrs, is for Li-ion blends. everything else is being researched, not built into enormous Chinese Giga factories. Would love to read what your reading though if you could share some links.
