Strange4444, I have never heard the company mention that detail, and had not heard of it myself. Looking at the Geodynamics/Origin PPA, it is loosely binding at best, and either party could effectively exit terminate the agreement with little difficulty.
For such an early-stage company as Scope, I would imagine the PPA they entered would be equally as loose, though it is a good question for the upcoming roadshow.
It's strange having more typical rampers on board (not that it is unwelcome). Could be a sign of the times?.....
