It has been "can't be far now" for a long long long time.
I was as optimistic as you once, but not at the moment.
I've emailed the company secretary asking for an update as to the causes of the hold up and will let HC know what I hear back. If I hear back.
The way I see it, DD for take overs of multinational companies have taken less time than this, it is only fair that an explanation is proffered as to why this one is taking as long as it is.
