Has anyone done a bit of reading on the above mentioned adaptive platform trial?
I see they are finishing up the current trial and plan to launch a new, better one soon. The new trial will be in collaboration with the Global Coalition for Adaptive Research (GCAR).
For anyone not familiar with adaptive platform trials, they are usually phase 2/3 trials with rolling addition of new cohorts of novel therapies as they get accepted into the trial. Usually a single control group to benchmark against all the other cohorts.
Saves heaps time and money for companies developing novel therapies.
