My memory may be a bit hazy on this but I recall that not all the shares offered in the previous placement were issued
This earlier placement was at 4.5 cents with one free attaching option.
The company is now in a position to issue fewer shares and options to obtain the same capital raising.
This benefits existing shareholders to some degree although I personally would rather they waited until after success at Huinga 1b.
Then they could issue even fewer shares.
