PCL are raising this money to fund the testing of Huinga.
They can't leave it any longer.
This shows what sort of shoe-string budget they are operating on.
I didn't read anything about an underwriter either.
So if there is a shortfall, they will not even get the half mill they wanted in the first place.
Until Huinga is up and producing, and producing revenue, PCL will be an edgy proposition.
Everything is a punt of some description!
