I am not sure you understand the company particularly well, or the way that medical research companies work. I am sure you have some kind of motive to be here, but it is not a very well informed one.
When the testing is complete, the products can be marketed, and then comes the profit, admittedly hopefully. But, the delays are largely not of MSB's making. it is part of the process.
If you are or want to be short the stock, that is your call, but I suggest you do some more research before commenting further to save yourself a little embarressment
