Not sure what the two directors are supposed to have done or not done. In this regard we need some open disclosure from Blue Energy. Instead of sweeping it under the carpet our directors will now have to explain the issues to shareholders and let us decide at a vote.

Although the ANZ (receivers) have a little over 20% of the shares in the company, the balance of shareholders still have a say and, assuming they are not too apathetic to vote, the majority will hear the expalnations and determine who will run the company.

Maybe a shakeup will be to our advantage.

BUL lags way behind other CSG companies and even though they have made a sweeping claim to 20tcf of gas in their ground, they have done very little to promote the company since.

BUL has the goods but its management are slow.
