Thanks Eshmun, good stuff. I don't doubt Klaus Eckhof is superbly qualified for his position at Burey (as chairman).
But for me, the missing piece of the puzzle is why he's got so little skin in the game. Is he doing this job out of the goodness of his heart, or as a hobby perhaps? Maybe he is - not everyone is motivated by money. But I'd feel a lot more comfortable with my Burey shareholding if he - and his fellow directors - owned a few more Burey shares between them.
