IMO Looks like the concern is over the lack of infrastructure in the region & the bureaucracy over obtaining the mining leases.
Also it looks like the 200,000t of IO was only an estimate of the surface ore, obviously there needs to be much drilling to determine a JORC amount.
I think the panic wasn't so much the content of the report, as it seems that there definitely is IO there, it's just the timeframe that it could take to produce.
I sold in the selloff, but bought again at the bottom.
