ok - a good starting point is a partner, who understands you - because the panic attack is for an hour or two - and probably occurs every few months (but at other times, it could be daily, or weekly) - it seems that there is a bit of a build up of something - and the panic attack seems to be a bit of a way for inside tensions to escape.
watso recalls comments about "flashing lights etc etc" - it should all settle down in menopause. watso's wife was treated by a brilliant doctor . one way or the other, but after a lot of tests, an anti depressant was prescribed. watso's wife, being a nurse, was very careful about the medication - and maybe just took half the medication.
for whatever reason, and watso forgets the reason - but an iron supplement was required.
