You've just described what this girl did, 'the impending doom'. She has night terrors and said her hands go all funny. She said she has a lot of nausea and was rocking back and forth on the edge of the couch. I noticed the night before she couldn't sit still but after we opened up a discussion her body language changed and she was laughing. In the morning it started all over again.

I've been up at 4am for the past week with worry and stress over a friend, the weather and sick horse but I'm still working productively, can seek answers and I'm still sleeping and eating well.

I do meditate for my health everyday, if I can't meditate I just listen to the words and do the breathing. Also a bit of yoga stretching.
