Being female...might get your doc to do a thyroid check. An over-active thyroid will influence your body to react with panic attacks if the conditions are right..Adrenaline, other hormones, pulse rate etc are raised.....Had a workmate with the condition and she had very similar issues....apparently fairly common with women....often unknown to them...She settled down with treatment....Worth a check....
