busylion, chairman suggested an announcement on time-lines and a wider menu of tests is expected soon. Tests are likely to be POC, so not environmental, food, veterinary etc. I have no medical expertise and so cannot speculate.
I don't think any insto's took up shares in the spp last year, ANZ Nominees Ltd bought alot I think when the German trading started, but did they take the shares to Germany perhaps? QIC did buy more but are they an insto, they seem to be heavily involved in biotech spec investment in general. The real instos will come on board when profits come into view, with a corresponding increase in share price.
A large buyer would boost price quickly I suspect, but what incentive is there to do so if the volume available is small. Better to wait for company to raise more funds as it will need to in 12 months or so.
