Return of dividends within the next 12mths is as likely as the shareprice returning to $1-2 within the next 12 mths... even if they had spare cash, the prudent thing to do is conserve it as these companies are in a life or death situation.... forget about trying to appease income focused shareholders for the time being... at least until the nuclear winter is over....
