I have a trailing stop that works on 30% of the previous days close, which put it about 17 cents today, however I cover the volatility by having this stop conditional of a certain volume being meet. In this case when at least 6 million shares are sold. This prevents being stopped out on low volume days of falling victim to a short sharp dump like we saw today. Clever investors can actually trigger a slide as we saw today, and pick them back up at a discount a short time later.
IMHO unless NGE volume hits 8 million plus, its a "nothing" sort of day.
