    Plus debt now is a dirty word.

    Plus gearing is a dirty word.

    Plus anything in US Dollars is a dirty word.

    I continue to hold, i also took the opportunity to add more at these levels.

    The half yearly read well, MRA is managed well, and the property portfiolio is nicely diverified with quality tenants.

    I am happy to hold and collect the dividend, it will probably take 18 months for the current negative sentiment to fully change.
