re: huge windfall for gdn directors to come Hi Wombat, with that many options and shares the directors are holding letting go a small percentage while there are liquidity in the market and locking some gain and use the money to fund their remain options is a very good move for the directors. I don't read it as negative at all.
If I hold truck load of shares and options it would be very naive to think that you can sell all of them or most of them at a much higher price without making the price weak as the directors won't be the only sellers taking profit at say $1.60.
As T4p said, if GDN doesn't have the good we would see share price back around the 40c or lower. It ran from low 20's to $1.265 with very high volume and you got to expect to have a bit of consolidation at a much lower volume.
Anyway, we all better glue to our PC tomorrow, it will be a wild ride.
