I don't begrudge the director selling a quarter, I am sure a lot of holders have sold some or all of their shares on the way up, it is a smart play and is prudent as this is high risk high return...directors may have a fair idea of what upper targets wll offer but they are as in the dark as the rest of us as to what Leadville contains and they know the probability is relatively low.
we will know in time if there was anything sinister about the sale but I am not going to read too much into it.
