Perhaps the directors and consultants are exercising their options to obtain more shares that have voting rights
just incase a takeover offer comes in??
If they converted when the share price was higher the posters would still say the same that they are selling out
they cannot win
as far as I can see the have only sold shares/options to take a little profit and to exercise the options they are holding the converted shares
imo look at the long term picture for the company and i think it is all good gas oil uranium and gold
