if he capitulates,he alone can wipe hdr buyers off the screen.

let the market drift,cant fight it anyway,and enter "some other day".
my position today nil equities,3 inner city props(residential and industrial) nil debt,maximum line of credit against properties waiting @ my leisure to re-enter equities.
