    We've just been brought to good news of the acquisition,

    Why are people panic selling? even volume today was quiet high?


    I would've believed taking over a profitable company and targetting lower production costs = being more profitable that a HIGHER sp would've been reached today?

    And what's this talk on diluting the shareprice, how do we know that more shares are going to be issued?
