What they can do, is sell to a related party who is say next in buy que.
they then sell back to the first player, the next leg down.
Of course they lose some shares to other buyers, but eventually clean up by soaking at the lows.
(but it helps if they can play into market psychology as well, eg the sp is always tanked to the cr price)
