I'm as far from an expert as you can get in this space but isn't it possible that without anything material to share, it's difficult to provide an announcement... particularly with regulators currently pointing their finger at companies making light weight announcements? I agree that no news isn't necessarily a good thing but with Covid related delays mentioned previously, it may be understandable.

Until we hear otherwise the fundamentals (which look good) haven't changed ... if they have changed, the company is required to announce this. I still think this looks like a cautious BUY opportunity, remembering it's a speculative stock to begin with.
