I would presume GS would still release an announcement about the specs but I'd say it would be with a US Update.

I think we're seeing this getting stepped down again and I would go as far as to say this will keep happening until revenue is a fingertip away which is still early next year.

my tip is we will continuously see this price variance until not just tenders are awarded but the first phase completed and confirmed large orders. When this happens I'd refer to MB notes and probably look for a SP around 75 cents April -July next year.

I think this is pretty r realistic as the people steering the ship are doing a hell of a job keeping us regularly updated and doing a good job.
