Please correct me if I’m wrong, but my analysis of that announcement indicates that the 6,600,000 options exercised can’t possibly be included as additional ordinary shares acquired. Possibly just an administration delay in issuing the shares to him. Therefore, it shows that Sciano has purchased an additional net 1,570,000 ordinary shares on market and exercised 6,600,000 at a cost of $1,320,000. Appears to be money out of his pocket to increase exposure to the coy.

With the additional 6,600,000 ords from exercised options he now has a total of 8,170,000 ord shares. Another “Change in Directors Interest Notice” should be released once these additional shares are issued to him.

By my reasoning this is the only way the numbers add up.
