After having been in the market i have come to realise that the stock market appears to always look ahead.
ie it is a predictor of things to come HOWEVER it will often overshoot or undershoot the mark.
In my opinion only we have now undershot the mark - we all knew doom and gloom was coming 3-4 months or more ago, thats why we have dropped already so much.

We are seeing now what the market predicted 3-4 months ago- earnings dropping, divvies adjusted etc.

Fear and panic have set in and in these times great buying in top 100 companies is to be had
