If ADY do not repay the $3m at months end,Hawkswood own ADY 100%
they will be in breach of a legal covenant and i might remind you prior to ADY renegotiating the debt and allowing a charge over all of its assets the Hawkswood loan was "unsecured"
I hope ADY can find a way out of the mess its in but i am erring on the side of they cannot.
Certainty will drive the share price uncertainty has forced the share price to these levels.
